Very much satisfied with the after sales service. I bought a Wildcraft trolly online over a year ago, which unfortunately got damaged due to my frequent travel and mishandling. Since the product came with a five-year warranty, I took it to their store for repairs, as I couldn't find the spare parts elsewhere. To my surprise, they accepted my warranty claim and replaced the damaged parts at no charge. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and wholeheartedly recommend Wildcraft over any other brand in this category.
